over the weekend

there was booze

there was bacon. amen.

there was lots and lots of coffee.

there were snugs.

and more snugs.

this record is ah-mazing.

there were multiple sippy cups.

we hung papa's (granddad's) bear head from cub scouts in aurora's room.
it's almost 50 years old. 

played with the newly painted walls and prepped to paint the rest of the house.
and i pulled the globe out of hibernation.

there was snow.

which meant there were babies stuffed in snowsuits.

this weekend was relaxing. i made two lasagnas and we shopped for a new mattress. i had no idea mattresses were so expensive. i also had no idea that a queen is only five inches wider than a full. that's not even half a roll over. i want to somersault on my side of the bed.
